It’s a shame while yes you pay more over time for an item but to deal with rude calls and even heering from the manager that corporate tells them it’s ok and even condone to be rude these actions after talking and trying to get payments sent up is a hassle along with finding out there system was the reason for a mess I still had to pay for it all the old management was as way better to deal with then the new after this purchase I’ll never return

I've been a wholly satisfied - even enthusiastic - customer for 18 years with narry a complaint. The new management is, by definition, new and necessarily different. That fact, alone, is neutral. Our experience was also new and, regrettably, not neutral. When the new Credit Manager was unable to explain the new policies, he became defensive, then argumentative and rude. Alex was very polite! He helped another person in front of me to get them exactly what they wanted. He helped me out.

Craig was very very helpful.vand has terrific customer service. He did his best to help us. I personally think he is a GREAT higher. I will come back to him with any questions. He's a sweet man.

Ever since Craig left the new manager sucks. Literally arguing on the phone, not very professional to me.
