Absolutely horrible customer service. Shady too! they will lie right to your face. then try and act like they didnt. rude as he'll about it too. I would use any other place in town. all you have to do is read all the horrible reviews this place gets. It's for a reason Rent-a-Center!!!
My 11+ years with RAC was both beneficial and time consuming. Too bad that time was taken from seeing my boys grow up. I was able to learn a lot of great management skills, especially sales and marketing, but that was due to the leaders of the region or district I was in. The company changed so much over the decade I spent fixing problem stores and making them million dollar stores I was happy to be "let go".
