First off I want to say they hiring anybody off the streets they got a skinny dude with dreads and a chubby dude with dreads They pulled up to my apartment complex blasting music from the work truck left the door open music blaring all over the complex Came to my door and made a joke with my wife saying. This has been a terrible experience with RAC! they don’t answer the phone, the opelika AM is very rude. No one called me and made sure everything was okay, they simply ignored me and my concern.
Absolutely the worst customer service I’ve ever encountered.The two ‘workers’ I came in contact with were unprofessional and very rude. Brought the incident to the manager’s attention and did not receive one single apology. Only put me at fault. DO NOT RECOMMEND
They charged me for things I did not opt in for. The staff is friendly though. The people who came and set up my equipment were quick and friendly too. I did the same as cash option and paid off my items quickly because I would have paid 1,200 more if I did full term. My advice is pay the same as cash price ASAP before your time is up or you will be paying 3x the amount for the item. Add an extra 5 or 10 dollars a week to your payments and you'll quickly catch up to that cash price.
