Very disappointed they claim that the system denied my I.D and basically there was nothing they could do I asked if I could just come up in person but overall they were really unhelpful all I was tryna do is rent a washer and dryer (update) no I don’t want yall help I went with Aaron’s instead and they got me right unlike yall !

Me and my fiancée called around 9:30 today to let them know our bed needed to be fixed we were told they were on they’re way multiple times and even told us they would be there at 1:30 still no show, I called again asking to confirm if they were coming and they said yes, I called again and they stated they were 25 minutes out which would’ve put them at 6:10. I called back again and still no answer. I’m writing this to say never go to them for furniture or appliances.

When I went to the woodruff farm rd location in Columbus ga, I signed a lease agreement for a full living room set and paid for it then they told me the furniture was getting delivered and that it was on the truck ready to go then turned around and said my information wasn’t verified and that I wasn’t getting my furniture and hung up in my face. No one will answer the phone now and I haven’t gotten an email saying my money was being refunded or anything either. The experience was the worst I’ve ever had.

do not rent from this store. The manager is rude and unorganized. They tried to charge my card and did not even have my furniture to me. I spoke with the manager and she did not even bother to tell me anything. She is a disrespectful person. It not like rent a center is busy?? She needs to be fired. I kept asking her to deliver my merchandise but he did not even bother. Unprofessional.
