Hello. These 5 stars are for Zac. I placed an order online paided the 2 weeks, signed the paperwork, uploaded my information and documents with proof of residence and got my confirmation that I was good to go and item was mine to have while renting. The email I got let me know a store employee would call to let me know about how to get my item. I woke up at 9am and sat by the phone until 3pm waiting for a call. My mom just moved to Macon from Savannah and we had a great experience with our choosing of her washer and dryer. Everyone helped amazingly and sufficiently. I don't remember everyone's name that helped but they were all helpful.

This was one of the most unprofessional customer service experiences I’ve had. I spoke with Zac on the phone earlier that morning and was told there was a delivery opening for the next day. Based on that information, I went into the store, paid a deposit, and began reviewing the agreement. While going through the paperwork, the delivery date changed multiple times within a short period. I just had an experience with Preston located at 3755 Bloomfield Rd #5a, Macon, GA 31206…. He is the ABSOLUTE WORST person you can ever deal with!!!!! The fact that he is a “supervisor” makes it even worse!!!! He does not belong working at that store as a supervisor or any place else for that matter with his nasty attitude!!!! Of corporate sees this you need to get rid of him!!!
