For Rent A Center, I’m actually impressed with the customer service. Shanea has been so helpful. She is nice and personable . Their Delivery Drivers are professional and quick. All very nice people that my family can really appreciate. I have no problems with the appliances I rented. All clean. Comes in handy if you are renting temporarily. Thank you guys!!

They didn't show up on time and they had to go get a part and have not came back to fix it and now my son don't have anything to sleep on. And now I went to go get the part today on 01/07/2026 the manager said they have a new part for me and the screws and they wasn't new at all. He said that he went to Home Depot to get it. And the screws didn't fit the holes it the bed frame. Just likely I had the right bolts to Fit the holes. Now my son bed is fixed by me.

Came thru here looking for a washer and dryer set. I didn't mention I was going to pay cash up front hoping to get a deal. They were not helpful, nor did they want to give me what I wanted. All good I went to Aaron's on slaughter and they got me right with a next day delivery at a very good price. The ones these guys wanted to sucker me into purchasing were used badly, dented and were just trash. But this was just my experience, try them out if you want to, but I believe Aaron's is better

Ordered a 2 piece couch…the manager hisself delivered the couch but it was dirty…he did asked me if I still wanted the couch?…and that he promise me someone would come by to clean it and they never showed up…

Andre is an outstanding and empathetic manager. He should be the CEO of Rent-A-Center. His customer service is the best I’ve ever seen in any business I’ve worked with. He definitely needs all the praise and appreciation for keeping the business successful.
