Employees here told me go out we don’t rent anything - we haven’t even talked yet - no reason to be that rude and racist , what an unfortunately experience!!! You should change the workers or this branch should be closed !
Javier and Kevin is outstanding at what they do. Their customer service and willingness to help is what keeps me coming back, and also shot out to the manager, best rent a center manager I’ve have ever known. I highly recommend this Chelsea location!

Very unprofessional that they called you on the same day of your delivery to tell you your delivery date is pushed back to a later day !
Had the ultimate worst service I have ever experienced. We are used to renting from them from other local branches and the billing system really scares me. There is always something wrong. Sometimes I am charged for things that were long ago returned. This time around, I kept on getting auto texts saying I am passed due.
