Absolutely love this store! Derek, Jason, Trent and the other guys are awesome people and very friendly and professional! I have purchased several items from this store and they have always been on point, never had a single issue! If you need anything, go see these guys, you will not be disappointed!
First, let me state that the ONLY a negative experience I had was NOT due to my home store in Alex City but rather a different store where our previously owned set came from. Derek took extraordinary care of us and not only rectified the multiple issues but came to us with back plans. If that weren’t enough Derek’s follow up has been extraordinary and attentive. We are very appreciative of all of his efforts in resolving issues that were not even caused by anyone within his jurisdiction.
I put two stars because the staff is real friendly. Unfortunately when I made a payment I told the gentleman that the strip on my refrigerator was coming off if they could send someone to fix it. That was a month ago. No one has been out yet. My food is going bad and I'm pretty sure that because the refrigerator is constantly running the compressor is going out. Then on top of that they want their payment. Who is going to pay for all the food that has spoiled in the refrigerator?
I can't even give them 1 star. I went in this store, and bought a reclining sofa and reclining chair that was repossessed from a previous owner. They wouldn't accept my debit/credit card from my bank, (which doesn't make sense because since the COVID virus, most locations prefer), and informed me it had to be a cash transaction. I went to an ATM machine, and paid them cash, including the extra delivery charge. If I could give a 0 star I totally would! DO NOT EVER buy anything from these scam artists! Yes, scam artists! I have been harrassed since day 1 of renting an item from them! They came to my house, looked into my windows. Left my house and then came back. Called me again and said they were going to pull up at my job to get said merchandise which I am only 2 weeks behind on payments and tried to give the money I owe for the 2 weeks TODAY and they denied it!
