I would give them a five star! I can appreciate Charles being the boss, but he needs to take cues from his store manager Cecil. You get more with honey than vinegar. I love Cecil and David, but he made me show my behind with his arrogance. You don’t know what a person is going through whether it’s chronic pain, or taking care of a disabled spouse like me. I ordered from them and was approved . They were supposed to deliver my order today after three pm. I texted and called around 3:45 to see where the order was at. No response! So I called again around 5pm and they then tell me they have the wrong address on file. Which is not my fault. They tell me the cut off time is at 6:30 and I may have to reschedule! I did not receive a call from not one person from the store stating they couldn’t find the address. Bad communication skills.
