Extremely unprofessional staff. They called me about a payment even though a pickup was already arranged, and when I asked the employee’s name, she yelled at me and hung up. This isn’t the first time they’ve acted like this. Rent-A-Center corporate needs to look into the behavior at this location. My experience with Rent - A - Center has been amazing. The store is always clean, smells good, there’s never dust on the appliances. The staff is really friendly, there were a few times I was late and the store manager MIRTA OCHOA worked with me and made my experience easy.
