I’m giving a one star because Jeremiah keeps making me promises and never ever follows up …never calls me back I tried to rent two different times and each time something was wrong..the first time the all in one took six hrs for one load so we wanted to exchange so we go in do a exchange ..told us everything was the same contract two days later he’s calling me saying I owe another payment…when I had to first of all go buy ninety dollars worth of parts to make the stackable work but still didn’t…so he shows up to take the mac... read more

Been a frequent customer here at this location. Every time I’m looking for something to add to my home I get help from Jeremiah. Very thorough, straightforward, and always gives me my options. Makes the process easy. Excellent customer service skill!

Toni was very helpful in the rental process very knowledgeable of the product explained everything to great detail about what I would need to pay weekly or bi-weekly couldn't ask for a better set of sales people will definitely recommend this place to other people five stars for sure

Was disappointed with the customer service today when I came in to pay the remaining amount that I was told would be $155.70 it had changed to $199.64 , when I asked why the amount had increased the employee stated he had no idea and couldn't explain why I was being charged for a extra 45 dollars when he was the one who originally gave me the paper statement showing the $155.70 two weeks prior to this date even with me making a payment since then.
