This is on the system manager Patricia very rude person doesn’t know how to talk to people. Yes, I am late on paying on my products, but the way she spoke to me. The staff are professional if i ever have an issue they work to resolve it. Delivery is always prompt or close to the time given if not they communicate. Communication is very important to me. I've gotten a washer/dryer set paid it off and got a shiny brand new stove with the bells and whistles. I love a timer on my stove, this one makes noise at the preset temperature and can be controlled by phone. Thanks Rent-A-Center.
Had good experience with this location up to this morning so i have purchase from here Tires, a table a dryer a television and never had an issue up to in December when I was purchasing a generator I felt behind due to work and medical issue was offered a settlement and paid it, this morning my television goes out i tried purchasing with them a new one now the due to Managers choice denies me a new agreement due to the settlement. The management staff at this location is very rude and disrespectful. You need to bring the old staff back Oscar and his crew. I drive from Baytown just for this store Because of Oscar
