I'm sorry to say, but this place has to be the dirtiest business.I've ever seen , I walked into this place an immediately wanted to leave. No offense to saint susan's furniture outlet, but this place here was worse than that. Their furniture was matted, torn disgustingly, gross Had stains on it, and the last time I got something from here, I got bed bugs, which was a couple years ago, so I figured, Hey, why not go there and see if things have changed. The delivery guys are nice. Mitchell is always polite. But Liz the day of your payment calls you at work 2 times a hour. Her customer service needs alot of work.

They are nice people to do business with they worked with me every sense I rented from them I have many things from them that are in very good condition anything that is wrong with them they will help you get it repaired

Needed a new washer, and staff was very nice. Delivery drivers were amazing, though. When they opened the box in front of the house, they discovered a large dent in front of us, and even though it still worked, they installed it while they waited for a replacement to be sent to us. Even though we had to wait a few weeks for the replacement, once again the delivery guys were super! Very friendly, knowledgeable, and apologetic about the wait for the new one.
