I'm sorry to say, but this place has to be the dirtiest business.I've ever seen , I walked into this place an immediately wanted to leave. No offense to saint susan's furniture outlet, but this place here was worse than that. My husband and i have rented for years! Until this week!…. Website says they have a king size bed frame in stock, i go to the store and NOPE its just a mistake. Over the same weekend our rental washing machine broke, i ask for a repair. Only to be told i have to have a technician come to my home to verify it’s “broke”. I am competent enough to know when something is broke, and the best part. I cant get a loaner for 3 DAYS! So we found another company that beat their price, beat there delivery. Great business quick work much appreciation to the team at the Jamestown location keep up the good work.
The delivery guys are nice. Mitchell is always polite. But Liz the day of your payment calls you at work 2 times a hour. Her customer service needs alot of work.
They are nice people to do business with they worked with me every sense I rented from them I have many things from them that are in very good condition anything that is wrong with them they will help you get it repaired
