So, I swung by Rent-A-Center on the hunt for a comfy beige sofa that wouldn't break the bank. Met the manager Johnny who was super welcoming and seriously knew his stuff. He hooked me up with the perfect set for my living room, and now it feels like home sweet home. If you're in the market for furniture that's both cozy and budget-friendly, I totally recommend checking out Rent-A-Center!
STAY AWAY!!!BAD ATTITUDES AND OVERCHARGES!!!! GO SOMEWHERE ELSE!!! Bad customer service, they charge your account without permission, give you attitude when you ask. Talk to you like you are stupid. After making a one time payment with a card, they place an automatic payment. I asked please remove the account no less than 5 TIMES to different personal multiple times, they’re all assuring it has been removed and they are still charging the card, I have reported them but DO YOURSELF A FAVOR,GO SOMEWHERE ELSE! That store has great customer service. They surly have an amazing team there my sale was made perfect for my expectation I truly have nothing bad to say about them. Whoever needs some thing for their house that locations is the one you wanna go too. Also, the manager there is very awesome great guy.
The worst procrastination I've ever experienced. I've been waiting for a delivery since last week. I'm still waiting.i told them I had to be at work at 3pm. It's 2:16pm and I have to go at 2:30 catch 2 buses. There follow up don't ask they have none. Mine you I called at 10am this morning to advise them my schedule. There answer was they will be there before that . But they where quick to take my money though I give them that
