Extremely unprofessional and harassing experience We rented a laptop from this Rent-A-Center and were late on a payment. Instead of handling it professionally, they sent a truck with a worker who banged on our door, refused to leave, and harassed us at home, even after we clearly said we would make the payment the same day. The behavior was aggressive and unacceptable. When we called the store, the manager, Omar, refused to take responsibility and allowed the worker to continue harassing us.
