I have not done any business with this company. I am not even currently in the U.S and somehow somebody managed to give my full government name with my phone number. I have no idea who the person even is that put me down as a reference saying I was their girlfriend. I have been getting calls every day thinking it was a scam number until I finally answered today. Just when I was giving up on this furniture search, I stopped by this Rent-A-Center and Ms. Lovely did her big one for me. Not only did she get me a beautiful living set also a dinning set at a great price, from the time I walked in the store she has been nothing but awesome. I came to Rent-A-Center to just check, and ended up getting a new appliances (stove & refrigerator). The refrigerator was too big and didn’t fit and I went back to the store upset. I spoke with sales representative Lovely and she exchanged it within a couple of days, saving me a lot of stress, time & money. She was such a pleasure helping me during this time. Thank you.

I went into the store with no intentions of renting furniture. My intentions were to check if by some chance there would be a dresser for sale. To my surprise I hit the lotto I found not only a dresser and I found a matching chest of drawers according to my taste. I also received excellent, phenomenal service by Daniel and Keven. Recommend this store very highly if I could give him more than five stars I would it was the most pleasant experience I've had shopping for furniture.
