My wife and I just moved here to Sebring Fl and needed a washer for our house. I rented a washer with no issue. It was easy to apply and I was on my way with my washer back home within an hour! Came back and bought a 75inch Samsung tv. Within a month of my purchase it seems the backlight went out. The new manager Gio at Sebring Location contacted me personally to let me know that he will be happy to help shoot a diagnostic or get it replaced under warranty if need be with my current payments rolled over onto either device. ... read more
Never in history, going through any other furniture stores that I have paid off!! have I ever experienced such rudeness and harassment. If you are a day late, they threaten to pick your furniture up. I highly highly highly do not recommend. Go to buddys they are the BEST THEY WORK WITH YOU AND TAKE HALF YOUR PAYMENT IF THATS ALL YOU HAVE .
Got my couch and iPad from here also got a 65 inch tv that I never received the remote for so I can put the tv some use it’s been about a week and some days that I’ve had the tv yet to receive the remote or at least an update on the remote and when I do call them I get put on hold and looks like any one I talk to don’t know anything about the remote
I was pressured into the purchasing through the store instead of online with promises of next day delivery and refusal to give me a delivery date for the online purchase. They said they would match the deal I was getting online which was a lie and I am paying $30 monthly more then I would have paid online. I was told one thing over the phone and it was completely different once they delivered. Complete scam artists.
I have sent messages to please change my auto pay card and nothing has been done . That’s there way of running this store . Has had multiple managers and still can’t get it right! And I will not go to the store because your manager staff is not respectful or has no people skills to conduct business ! With people that have been a loyal customer for a long time ! As soon as I’m finish with what I have they will be canceled! Calling you for more business and they can’t even treat you right!
