I started out renting a recliner. About 2 hours after delivery I started noticing bugs crawling around and I did not have any until this was delivered! I was going to return it anyway as it didnt fit my needs and rent a television. They assured me they would be out the same day to switch the chair for the TV. Not only did they NOT show up there was no phone call or any other courtesy to let me know anything. So I sat and waited while watching bugs crawl around from the chair.
