I WILL NEVER GO THROUGH THIS COMPANY AGAIN, I've been threatened every week about them picking up my items.. Beth & Kim needs to be fired, I've called corporate a few times on them.
do notttt go here! i don’t know if the lady who i dealt with is a manager or worker but her name is Kim and i am very astonished at the unprofessionalism she has for working at a rent a center. the organization and communication in that work place is terrible. Beth called to schedule the delivery for my washer and drawer so i get my work schedule surfaced around so i can be there on time and i wait for a half an hour before getting a text from kim saying she still needed to hear from references. why would they schedule my de... read more
I had to argue with the manager to get the products I was there for, then they damaged the products during installation, then I turned the products over when I could not pay due to an issue between my work place and my bank (this issue has been fixed) the7 then gave me documentation thats states clearly it can only be used at their store and are now refusing to allow me to do whats stated i have to do on the documentation.
