do notttt go here! i don’t know if the lady who i dealt with is a manager or worker but her name is Kim and i am very astonished at the unprofessionalism she has for working at a rent a center. the organization and communication in that work place is terrible. I had to argue with the manager to get the products I was there for, then they damaged the products during installation, then I turned the products over when I could not pay due to an issue between my work place and my bank (this issue has been fixed) the7 then gave me documentation thats states clearly it can only be used at their store and are now refusing to allow me to do whats stated i have to do on the documentation. Beth the GM is amazing!!! She helped me get same day delivery with no hiccup's! Kollian was also awesome, helped me with any questions or concerns I had 10/10 customer service!!!
It said I was approved online, and I payed for my items and signed my agreement, then the store called and said I was not approved and I needed 800$ more dollars, then when I asked for refund I have not heard anything else. How do I get my refund?, also I was charged twice, pretty crazy would not recommend. Hope I don't have to call the better business bureau just to get my money back. I I asked if the agreement will be voided since I signed one.
Being able to lease these things is a blessing, but there are some trashy ways Rent-A-Center goes about that I can’t wait to not need them.
