An amazing company. So far I have purchased 2 items soon to be 3. The customer service is above and beyond excellent, and I always am made to feel like I'm at home inside the store. Prices are good for rent to own on any of the products, and items are not altered in any way from manufacturer. Over all I have revered 10 people to the store no telling if they used me as reference or not as I don't mind either way. I enjoy this company and will miss this branch when I travel the states then move to Oregon.
Brice who is the store manager is always so helpful. I've been renting with Rent-A-Center for 2 years now and I've never had a problem with this store. Sam who is also store employee is very helpful it's nice by the environment I definitely recommend going to the lacey Rent-A-Center.
I'm new to the area and was looking for some furniture. So I stopped in sometime back and was helped by a salesperson named spencer. I'm yet to make a decision on what I want to do, but I rated this 1 star only because Sam assuming she is a manager of some sort had no interest in helping spencer answer questions I had.
