I had a very bad experience with the Rent-A-Center location I ordered from. My wife called today to get things settled on a couch I ordered online, and Robert was extremely rude to her. She called from her sister’s phone, and just because her sister owes on an account, Robert became very disrespectful. We are new to the area. I was doing schoolwork when my laptop stopped working. I needed a quick replacement but didn’t have the money to pay full price for a new laptop. I turned to Rent-a-Center and placed my order, signed all appropriate paperwork (contract) online, and headed over to pick up my gateway to school. BEWARE !! Don’t waste your time here unless you have patience of a saint . Dude on the phone couldn’t wait to hang up on me but it’s all good because not all places deserves your business !! After reading the reviews I dodged a bullet with this location

Robert and Andrew were AMAZING! And the driver that helped Andrew with customers while he assisted me do paperwork was also amazing! I love rentacenter! I have never had a bad experience with them. Thank you guys!
