If I could give this place zero stars, I would. The bad ratings are here for a reason, so if you’re second-guessing it—don’t. This was hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had. Communication is absolutely awful. Matt, the salesperson, was terrible. They took over $80 from me and never even attempted to deliver the couch, nor did they bother to communicate that they weren’t going to deliver it. In-house store customer service polite helpful, but once leaving the store I have to filling out the application no help seem to be in a miscommunication on their part everyday supposed to be getting a call back never did could not talk to a district manager never called back that customer service answering service no help felt like they didn't want to do no business or make money just give me to run around make me feel Rent-A-Center didn't want to make money I see why they second to Aaron's

I was approved for 2500 and I picked out the living room suite and chair I wanted. Same day I was scheduled for delivery I get a call from Bridgette on Rodney Parham saying she couldn’t rent to me because of my lease looking suspicious, but it’s my lease in my name. They lost out on who would have been a good customer. To add the icing on the cake, I paid a week early so she said she would refund me but 5 days later I have yet received my refund.
