If I could give a 10 star review I would!!! Amazing customer service and reasonable prices. I have been with Bainbridge rent a center for 5 years and will not go anywhere else! Our home is furnished with beautiful and solid furniture from bedrooms to living room to our dining set… they have work with us when hard times have came up and always respectful and professional… Karun Henry Thank you for everything and keep up the great work!! Paid for a computer but when they came pick it up and returned it back the inside of the monitor screen was cracked due to pressure, claimed I was the one to crack it but I didn't apply no pressure on the screen to cause it especially when they "handed it back to me" (remind you saying they didn't touch it at all but they did when handing it back to me) when I handled it fine with care when they claimed to not have touched it at all. We were looking for a washing machine. Went here to get one and they said they had a used one for $150. They said it was refurbished and the repair guy said it would work like new just scratched up. Said if anything happened to it we had a 60 day warranty or money back. Brought it home and it wouldn't even wash one load of clothes. Tried to take it back and now they're saying that cash sales are final, they never offered a 60 day warranty, and went back on everything they told us. Went and bought a washer from this place. Was told it worked just fine and the service guy said it was like brand new. Bought it and brought it home, didn’t wash 1 load. These people lied and sold me a washer that was worthless for a lot of money. I tried to take it back, was told no refunds and they said they told me it didn’t work. I wouldn’t have bought it if it didn’t work, and your manager said it worked perfectly every time I asked. If you want something they have, don’t buy it.
