Had purchased a refrigerator it went bad. Susan Maria, handled with great customer service and helping replace. Susan and Mr. Jodi busted their backs delivering a huge new couch and Refrigerator. It's brutal humid out today. They didn't give up do to design of my door entrances. Great Service, effort, and leadership on their parts. Highly recommending this Location and team. JamesC.
This store manager ted and his crew has been so awesome and also understanding. I recommend everyone who is thinking about renting to own to go there!
So my refrigerator went bad. I complained. Susan Maria. Made it right. Her and Mr. JODY delivered a couch and new refrigerator and it was humid and brutal. And my house design made it even more difficult. They were awesome. Ms. Susan Maria and Mr. JODY were phenomenal. Absolutely great folks! JamesC.
They may be nice at this store but don't let it fool you. We have used this place three times now. Every time was disappointment and irritation. First item was a portable dish washer which brought cockroaches to our home after the delivery date had been changed. They did have the place sprayed, due to fault. Second was a stove which had a broken nob. It took two days for them to get us a replacement. The third and final was a bed. Ordered a bed room set with Alex 4 weeks ago waiting on it and now Carrie or whatever her name is gets smart & says she doesn’t have any of my information so I would have to start all the way over ! I emailed all my stuff been talking to him twice a week checking on it and now I still have nothing and refuse to start over !! Very unprofessional & not organized at all ! The General manager Ted doesn’t care either !
