Went to pay a bill on behalf of my mother and the staff was very rude. If you are going to work with the public then customer service training is a must. While trying to get my mother's bill paid my father was on hold waiting for me to finish my transaction and he himself said that they were rude. I would never purchase anything from them or recommend anyone to. I even told my mother not to purchase anything else from them.
