These people are so rude! They’re completely not understanding if things come up in your life they harass you over 67.00! My daughter and grand daughter got in a bad car Accident in Fla and I informed them of that and they still was sending threatening texts about the 67 dollar payments! Just bad business! Once I get a new account somewhere else they can come get their raggedy dryer and washer that barely works! They’re so nasty and threatening very unprofessional
Ordered a cell phone through them on April 7, had an offer from them that stated $10 payment for first week. Paid $ 13 the same day. Signed contract, have a copy of contract. Then today I get a text stating I had to pay another $100 for my order to be processed. Said it was RAC policy. Wasn't in the agreement i signed. Sounds like a add on because i bought it online. Two weeks later and I have yet to hear from them about my stolen merchandise. I kept trying to return time phone call to the district manager and had no help at all. This place has the worst customer service ever. If someone steals your items you still have to pay for them. They’ll tell you everything you want to hear but you get no results.
