This is the worst place to get furniture from. I applied online and was approved for $2000 then was told I had to come to the store to fill the application out which I did and picked my living room set out. They had me pay the deposit and said my furniture would be delivered the next day which was TUESDAY. DO NOT RENT FROM RENT A CENTER!!! They harass you and continuously come to your house even when you talk to them and their employees discuss your accounts with your kids if you’re not at the door. HARASSMENT!!

I went to this location, and I was deeply disappointed by the lack of customer service. The gentleman would not even come out of his office to come and stand at the counter and talk with me. I was literally talking to him through his office window; I was asking for a price quote for a full size Bedroom set, but I only needed specific pieces. Please run as far as way from this store as possible. I should have known better. First I picked out a bed online over the phone with the manager. It was supposed to be at the store that Monday and then the manger was going to call me and set up for delivery. I called the store Tuesday when I didn’t hear from them. Had to leave a message for the manger because he was too busy to come to the phone. He never returned my call. I called again Wednesday and was told I would have to leave a message. I ordered a washer and dryer from this location and they were scheduled to deliver yesterday. They never came and never called! I waited all day and nothing. So I called this morning and they acted slow! Let me say this!!!!!! This is the most ratchet rent a center I’ve ever experienced. I have bought so much furniture from them cash and to be treated like this is just crazy! I’m taking my business back to lawrenceville at this point! At least they are PROFESSIONAL!
