So been a long time customer for awhile now was hoping to spend 1600 to 1800 on a pc. They gave me a brand new one for 2100 I paid 100 down to make it 1996 on the payment I called today and all of a sudden the price went back up to 2168. Tried to obtain a washer dryer from this facility, they successfully charged my card twice but refused to deliver the product. I received notice that the product would arrive between 3-5 and waited as instructed. At 250 I received an email inquiring on the status of my delivery. I immediately called back and told them I had not received the order and was told that it was weird that I received the confirmation ahead of the delivery. Unprofessional, gave me a delivery date and time and then called and said that my delivery will have to be delayed 30 mins before my delivery timeframe was ending because my table set wasn’t put together. Then called me back 5 times. When I finally answered, I was asked for a payment which was due the following week but the girl said that her manager said that I needed to pay it before my delivery. It was a great experience looking for a washer that match my dryer.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife reserved an electronic recliner before her surgery because she needed one to help her stand. We made the reservation and immediately started getting harassed by the assistant store manager, Ryan, for payments. Despite already paying for the chair before it was even delivered, we were constantly pressured to make more payments. We made FOUR payments before the chair arrived.
