It was a great experience looking for a washer that match my dryer.
ABSOLUTELY HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE. My wife reserved an electronic recliner before her surgery because she needed one to help her stand. We made the reservation and immediately started getting harassed by the assistant store manager, Ryan, for payments. The customer service with the manager is horrible at the Galloway location. After I pay my mattress I will never rent from here again. Mr. Davis is the worst manager that Rent-A-Center could have please if y’all can’t hire somebody else that has telephone etiquette and is professional because he is very rude. I placed my order online, never got a call from the store, so I called a week and a half after placing my order, they told me it wasn’t ready and that they would contact me when they had the item in the store. I called them again after a month and they said they had to get the item from another store and that they would deliver it on Friday 12/29, I didn’t get it so I called them back and they wanted me to send them some documents along with the agreement I signed online. Made a cancellation on an item on Saturday and I kept getting emails about signing the loan agreement even though it should have been canceled. They didn’t bother to tell me they had issues canceling it. Very shady
