Store manager on old seward & tudor is extremely rude & unprofessional to the customers does not hold work place standards with customer service. Every payment fees are being added with a different explination. Have asked multiple times to go over contract however manager gets an attitude and refuses.
The store on DeBarr Road sucks especially the managers. Unprofessional and trash. Always have an attitude and slow moving. Never follow through with information that’s asked. Never will I do business with this company again.
In all my years of using RAC as a service the Customer service experience use to be awesome, employees were always willing to help and or work to find a solution to help us when having problems with making a payment. Now I’m being forced and or threatened of pickup if I don’t pay and as a customer I have to plead to speak to upper management to see what they can help us with. Amazing service!! Jerrod and Kayla are the best.I needed a recliner chair delivered to my hotel for a disabled person They were prompt and on time for the delivery and pickup. The price was more than reasonable. The chair was clean and did everything we needed. Jerrod worked with me to make this happen
Was satisfied with the service at first even though the lady said it would be much cheaper than the final price was, and then they messed up the delivery day and didn’t have a couch for two days because we had sold our old one. After they delivered our stuff couldn’t fully put our stuff together because they had forgotten pieces. Then today they messed up my billing cycle which is causing me to spend more money than I want in a time where money is tight with the virus going around.
