Rented a bed set and TV from RAC. Easy enough process initially. Decent customer service. Then I get a call today 06/04/2024 from a lady who claimed to be the Assistant Store Manager stating delivery would be made today. I accept delivery and then notice the remote they showcased the TV to us was not the one we were actually given. The remote that was showcased had voice control and other smart features. They were calling me so many times a day before my payment was even due and charging my card multiple times a week all different amounts I told them come get their stuff and I'll never ever get another thing from them again and neither will my family.

My husband NEVER received his check from this place. His first day on they immediately threw him in the field instead of having him finish his on boarding. Do nothing but give him run arounds for HIS money! Oh & They don't deep clean any of their products they get back, it goes right back to the floor for the next buyer. They go as far as poppin up at your place of work as well if your late on a payment smh. Terrible. Do better!!

If I could I would give 0 stars. They have a management problem. What happened is we would had product was in a contract. The manager was flexible and easy to work with, however, BUYER BEWARE. The managers don't communicate and sell your items they said they would hold onto right out from underneath you. Do not trust them, they don't stick to their word.
