the have taken 2 payments this month and won't take care of it the manager is just as bad as the employees giving me the run around never admit it there mess up.is anybody having or had the same thing happen to you them taking a double payment and not take care do it???

Rent-A-Center had a stainless steel gas range on their website for a same as cash price of $260. I ordered the range and had a SIGNED agreement for the price of $268. I scheduled a time for them to deliver the stove. They wouldn’t remove my old stove, so as a single mom, I had to have a friends husband help me remove the old one 2 days before delivery.
