If I could give no stars I would, That manger named Karl or whatever his name is, has the worst customer service skills ever. I don’t even understand why you would have him answering the phone and talking to customers the way he does completely unprofessional and rude. I was pretty upset because I was told that I was getting a couch off the showroom floor, which to me is pretty disgusting with the amount of money we pay to rent/pay for we should never be receiving stuff off the showroom floor. Absolutely love this store and the staff there they not only work with you but they treat you just like family!!! I absolutely 1000000 %recommend this store to any an everybody!!! … I added a coffee table and end tables to my living room and the assistant manager kervin Romero delivered the same day and gave me an entire month free of payments!!!! I like this place a lot. Being able to attain items of good- excellent quality, with a down payment I can purchase things and enjoy them in my house within a weeks time!
The best service and kindness, always ready to help. What I don't like is that you have to wait for the merchandise you want.
This is the worst rent a center ever they employee are rude. I have one item from them almost done with my payments miss one payment due to personal matters but still putting in some type of payment I only owe about $300 and something dollars they call my phone about 5 -6 times a day and come by my house like I’m skipping my payments or something at this point I feel like I’m being harassed.
