Wish I could give a half star not even worth a full one employees are rude and when you return there nasty energy they don’t know how to handle it didn’t even get a chance for the order to come because the representative was nasty and rude and didn’t know how to take it when somebody return his same energy will never step foot in the location and will let everybody I not to ever
This whole experience with rent a center is ridiculous they blow your phone up and be so disrespectful and aggressive especially the store manager we understand it’s a business it to be nasty to customers is unacceptable and will not be tolerated I will never recommend this place to anyone and I will never rent lesson learned I can go to Amazon and get a bed and mattress for way cheaper then deal with disrespect what a disgrace rent a center is
I placed an order with 1 store and wasn’t aware that I would have to wait 6 weeks for merchandise. I called within 2 1/2 weeks and canceled. Then I placed another on the 12 th of August and I received a call from Mekka (sales manager)my order was delivered on the 19 of August. I completed background check then store manager stated there was a hold on my account due to previous order with other store. I would not recommend. They call days before the bill is due. They they call when the store is closed. They text you outside of business hours. They make changes to your account WITHOUT permission. The sales manager (Nilda) won't let you speak to the store manager (Michael) if you get her on the phone. They only got 2 stars because they used to give really good service.
The Manager is Very friendly and knowledgeable about the products RAC sells . And he goes the extra mile to make his customers happy and he’s very understanding.
