Employees are in know hurry to get off there cell phone to assist you. Act like you are bothering them. Tried to rent a couple time's. Finally got tired of the crazy and went to a competitor and got my recliner chair. Thanks for nothing rent-nothing-center
Keniyah excelled my expectations after another location called me a red flag because my address didn’t match my utility bill due to a recent move . She handled this situation well and I wish I went here but I stay near ALABASTER location with terrible customer service so trust this review and ask for Keniyah she is awesome
Friendly. Had to wait for them to get off phones upon arrival. Then we had a deposit issue that they did not hesitate to take care of! I enjoyed our mini conversation. I don’t like calls from any company but it’s expected at least one time but several is a bit extreme! Other than that.. I would recommend
Tried multiple times to rent from this location. Even got approved multiple times . I had to reach out serval times over phone I was always given the run around . As if they don’t have anything in stock or can’t make delivery, very disappointing
I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN......We've had a frig from this location for 2 months now. We had been calling for over a month to get that frig swapped out for the one that we actually wanted. Every time we call, we get told that someone would call us back, and they never did. I even went to another location. The lady there got on the phone with this location, and was told that Larry from the 5 points location would be calling my husband with a delivery date, but again, we never heard anything.
