Friendly. Had to wait for them to get off phones upon arrival. Then we had a deposit issue that they did not hesitate to take care of! I enjoyed our mini conversation. I don’t like calls from any company but it’s expected at least one time but several is a bit extreme! Other than that.. I would recommend
Tried multiple times to rent from this location. Even got approved multiple times . I had to reach out serval times over phone I was always given the run around . As if they don’t have anything in stock or can’t make delivery, very disappointing
I’m begging you do not rent anything from this store. Please choose another store to go to. The staff is simply incompetent and lack the basic skills to even put your information in correctly. Then when they find out that they messed up they avoid accountability at all cost. If you do go just avoid Andrea as she is the one who couldn’t simply meter information correctly.
I WOULD NEVER DO BUSINESS AT THIS LOCATION AGAIN......We've had a frig from this location for 2 months now. We had been calling for over a month to get that frig swapped out for the one that we actually wanted. Every time we call, we get told that someone would call us back, and they never did. I even went to another location. Items have been promised and still not received. Customer service has been very poor. No delivery updates or returned calls.
