I am so disgusted with it the price for what we are renting isn't worth the risk this is crazy how we have to buy parts for something that is supposed to work the customer service from them is poor there rude dismissive and clearly don't care about the safety hazard this is rediciulus I am thinking about calling a lawyer.

This place is such a joke. You order stuff that says is in stock and will have it in 1-3 days then you call and get nothing but attitude from their rude ignorant employees. Everything I order wasn’t in good enough condition to give me so they just give you whatever they have available. I ordered a brand new gaming bundle that was supposed to be brand new in the box and I paid for it to be reserved and when I go to the store come to find out that they were going to give me a used one and it was missing parts. I have had a new card on file for months and you have not updated my auto pay and when they don't get my payment do to there error, they start to call but it's not just a courtesy call its harassing calls 3 to 4 sometimes 5 times a day.
