Needed a dryer. Looked online. Set up an order to reserve one. Got a call little later about my order. Easy to do. I have rented multiple times over the years. Every time rac has what I need or can get it fast. The employees are the nicest at my location every time. I've not been disappointed yet with there service.
The staff is super friendly and very helpful however I just purchased here and wow. I don't have another word honestly. Got it home was so excited sat down and boom they just kept coming no I'm out several hundred dollars as this shit is littered with bed bugs. noticed my keep sniffing the arm rest and poking his nose I to the couch so decided to see what sparked his attention and holy crap they were everywhere in the seams. Have been a great customer for years. Never had a problem with rent a center until recent. Sondra is horrible and rude!!!!! She don't know what she's doing. Will never purchase there again.
Would give this store 0 stars if it was an option . Website says free repairs durring contract and bought the 6.99 insurance and it was the whole reason I bought from them and am paying way more then the tvs worth . Moved tv to clean some how the cored hit the screen amd now has a big black line on it. They said they can't have it repaired because it's customer damage now and u still have to pay. That's the whole point of insurance in my eyes.
Past few times they were supposed to be out to drop something off or pick it up and they were late by a couple of hours. This time however, they didnt even show up and no one thought to call to say they werent coming. This is definitely the last time i get anything from yall
