I just had Dalton and Nick leave my home from delivering my living room set & another item & I must say , them 2 are awesome at what they do ! Very friendly and respectful, very knowledgeable and understanding my concerns on not scratching the walls or doorways ! Not sure if the manager is just terrible at his job or this location is incredibly unorganized or what but I was supposed to be getting a couch delivered today between 1-3pm. 3pm rolls by and she calls them to see what's going on. They tell her they had to go-to another RAC location to get the couch. Ok cool. 5pm rolls around. My wife was home all day awaiting the couch while I went to work. Couch never arrived. I have always tried to be a long time customer to this location I have paid off 2 or 3 agreements to the date, that being said I have two payments left on my television and just opened an agreement for a laptop, I have recently been having some money troubles and I needed an extension or payment relief something I offered to pay a double payment on both agreements next time I got paid and the "manager" that's at this location plainly says "if you cant make the payment by Friday we will have to come acquire the merchandise". ... read more
First of all, I did not like how I was told that the furniture was going to be delivered on Monday and no one called and say that they could not do it and I had to call them at 3 o’clock the following day and they tell me what was wrong Secondly, I was trying to explain that I did not sign one of the agreements because they are the object or the item would not have been in my possession, so I did not want that on auto pay until I had it. They will rip you off and take your money. They literally blow my phone 50+ calls in one day. Get harassed everyday even if I’m one day late for a payment they harass me and threaten me. I will never come here again. Aarons is 10x better than this trash place. I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AT ALL I REPEAT I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE!!!
