Referred someone to them because they said they had a referral system. Waited over a month and asked about the referral and they told me the manager hadn't come to approve it. It's been months since and still nothing. At least be honest or just tell me you lied and there's no referral system. Once I'm done I'll never come back. That's because I've been a customer for years.
Can someone please tell the manager to chill on the personal questions when it comes to requesting a payment arrangement/promise to pay…I’m only requesting 4 days from my billing due date, NOT A WHOLE MONTH! Just seems you stress your employees to ask customers “tells us why, why Why WHYYY!” That’s exactly how they sound… It’s just 4 days guys! You can guarantee a payment from me, I never fail even with this!
I had the best experience! Was assisted by Rosie and she was such a delight, extremely helpful and amazing; best personality. I had an online purchase issue and she was able to assist me. I purchased a whole bedroom set without any issues. They delivered the same day and the delivery men were great!!! Thank you for the great experience and great customer service!
Worst customer experience ever this is the first and last time that I ever do business with this company. I needed a replacement part for something that was purchased that they never gave me. I’ve been waiting for a call for four months from a manager. I managed to purchase the replacement part on my own. Oh but miss payment and they’re quick to call three or four times a day
Hi everyone, I just want to say that my husband and I love to come to Rent a Center when we need to update our Appliances...Rosie has been so much help every time we go by, she explains everything to us.
