Ive had an unprofessional experience with Allen. Ive had great business with Allen for the past 3 years and have my payments on auto pay so ive never made a late payment or missed one at all. This past week i decided to try paying my bill manually and selected the wrong item so I understand that was my fault. I wish I could do 0 Stars because a lady employee that I have dealt with at the south Ogden location has been very disrespectful uncorporative I have asked to speak to a certain person and she has refused to let me speak to him and wen she helps me she always wants me to fork over my belongings and not pay but wen I talk to a certain person named Rick he has helped me tremendously I will finish paying my bills ther but then after I'm done I will be taking my business elsewhere because of this one employee

Great place to Purchase Home furnishings. They have been wonderful in the full Process. From start to Finish we have bad our new bed for about a couple months. They have been wonderful with working with us on Payment options and extensions. Lil and Luke are both amazing!
This place has always treated me very kindly, I struggled a lot financially this year, and the manager really worked with me through my hard times. I feel so cared for as a customer that I have a High respect for how they do business , with a smile.
