Cass is extremely rude and unprofessional. She hangs up on people. Laughs at them on the phone, And she texts customers on her personal cell phone when they don’t answer a call from the store phone when the customers are at work. Joe is great. Easy to get along with. Cassidy. Not so much. They need to get rid of her.
Cassie and Rick are great people. This is coming from a person that has spent over $60,000 (if not more) at this store. I have been working with their team and have been amazing. they are always willing to go the extra mile for us. I can say that they are one of the reasons my company has been so successful.
Cassidy is amazing and very helpful! I moved from Detroit to Saginaw and had to start over from scratch. Cassi was extremely helpful with my household needs. The staff at this location are Amazing 🤩. They are all friendly and very helpful. The delivery team 😁 are RockStars!! The delivery and setup of my chair was great!
The guy at the store took down my number wrong so my delivery was very late. I had to come to the store and fix what should have been done right the first time. My first payment was delayed because I got a new card and the harassing phone calls were relentless although I explained the situation. Even my brother was called repeatedly, he has nothing to do with my furniture bill, I feel that tactic was to shame me? But like I said I had explained before hand about my card.
