I recently visited a store in downtown steubenville, oh to purchase a couch and loveseat. The used set on display that they were cleaning full of dog hair, and worn cushions, I was told by the manager, I could purchase both couch and loveseat for $500. Obviously was not gonna pay hundreds of dollars for that. Then I ask about new of the same product. I was told $700 new no tax out the door, free delivery. I was like wow, good deal. They false advertise you they make you pay for something that you don't receive then they threaten you to take it when they never gave you the fully bundle

easy to make payments with the auto payment experience. they also admit if they mess something up and fix it to make sure you are satisfied.

Don't miss a payment or need an extra week or two for a payment because they will harass you to no end. They sell you this added benefit plus plan that's a waste of time. If you end up needing to use it you have to jump about 40 hoops to get it but no hoops for them to take your money. They prey on people that don't have money to buy outright and then harass you every chance they get. I had made a post about an air-conditioner and the owner I believe called me and made everything right. And closed out my account. That was very professional and made my problem disappear. It was very kind and the right thing to do. Thank you and God bless
