Order a laptop online to reserve it. Get to the store a week later and here is this laptop that is not the one I ordered instead they tried to pass it off as the one I ordered. Great reason for taking screen shots. I know what I ordered. I won't go back ever again. The guy is pushy and gives you the vibe he'd rather be else where
Let me buy a couch online but the store said they don't have it. Would not let me make another purchase was told I had to come to the store
It was wasn't unpleasant but it wasn't very inviting or welcoming either
Customer Service has improved since last time I had agreement rental
