My Agreement was canceled after continued requests for documents that were not clearly explained. Julie, who referred to herself as the manager, handled my application. She asked questions that wasn’t related to my application at all. I was also asked to pay a light bill that was only three day past due, which felt unreasonable. The experience here was frustrating and unprofessional the manger here really needs to be replaced

Do yourselves a favor and save money for whatever it is you’re wanting. I made the mistake of getting a tv from them only valued at 1k tops and wound up paying over 3k after everything. They call you when you’re a simple day late and send people to your house who will literally just sit outside your front door and ring your doorbell over and over again.
