Poor customer service!!! The managers do not manage their customers priorities. In fact I’ve been getting the run around like what’s so hard about completing verification and making sure you provide great service to your customers? I definitely would refer anyone for this location and to try Aaron’s!!!!!
Recently, I was due to having an auto payment taken out of my account and the store manager had called me to let me know that there was a problem with their system on Friday. They tried again on Saturday. I called them back Monday morning to inform them the funds have been in there since the previous Monday, but he stated to me that there was an issue with their system. My experience has been very frustrating. I initially had signed up to purchase a table set however, due to the fact that they didn’t have what I was looking for, I decided to cancel all dealings. I initially I paid $10 upfront but when I called back to speak to someone to cancel my order, and let them know that I was no longer interested. I was assured that my $10 would be refunded to me.
