I have paid off multiple accounts from mattresses, 86 inch TVs to living room sets. I ordered a living room set online 3 months ago and it still hasn’t arrived. I called the store many times in between asking for updates. Today I finally cancelled the order and will buy a living room set elsewhere . All the employees could tell me is “I don’t know, I don’t know why, etc” This is not how you treat a customer who has paid off multiple high priced accounts. Never again will I spend money here.

I have been your company for atleast 4yrs.i have had a wonderful experince with the products i have purchased look forward to many more also the staff in the clearwaterv office and st.petersburg office has treated me very well they are informative work with me to make sure everything is going well there friendly thankyou rent a center

Just got a early birthday present for myself! I went In just browsing and Wendy F made it so easy and fast to finance a electric bike. She worked with what I was able to afford and made was very knowledgeable and considerate of my finances! I will definitely be back and will keep this as my new destination for things I want but may not be able to afford to pay in full+)!
