I have dealt with many many retail stores in my 56 years. I must say with all the negative reviews that I have seen lately about Rent A Center, that people are amazing. Why would you walk into a store and agree to purchase an item with no intentions of following thru with what is expected. This company allows and entrusts those of us that can't just walk in somewhere and get exactly what they want the chance to purchase whatever they choose.
