The staff here is so great a friendly! When delivering my item, the gentleman who arrived was so kind and ensured everything was perfect during set up. We only needed an extra bed temporarily due to a family member becoming ill and during pick up the crew remembered and asked how they were doing. It was very sweet he remembered why we needed the rental furniture and thought to check in on them. They are rude! And will talk to you nasty and demanding. I will never use them again. They really need a class in customer service. The credit manager acts like he is the owner and doesn’t care about the customer at all. Very rude and unprofessional
