I had a very bad experience with this Rent-A-Center,they came into a piece of my rental property and broke one of the windows while taking an air conditioner out.When I spoke to the manager concerning it today he said there was no way I could prove they did it and hung up on me.In the beginning when he spoke to the tenant he had simply said bring pictures as proof she did that and hnow they choose not to stand up to their obligation to repair what they have broken and then has the audacity to hang up on me .This is not the w... read more
