i understand i was behind on my payment but as a manager. when you see a customer you dont yell at them and expect them stop thats unprofessional business like

Courtney was the customer service representative that I dealt with the whole process. She was rude just about every time she called me. I've been trying for almost 2 weeks to get them to come get the washer and dryer that my roommate rented from them. The whole experience has been horrible. I probably will not be a return customer.
