Prices are outrageous. Refuse to work with you. I then did some research on the company itself after purchasing the property, which was dumb of me. They have raised their prices due to falling stock market margins. And let's take a guess why they are failing as a Rent-To-Own company? Customer Service! Hate to say it, but I'll be watching and waiting for them to go out of business. ���
